Protein chocolate cake

30g Vanilla protein powder
40g Oats
40g Flour
1tbs Sugar
1tbs Natural unsweetened cocoa powder
0.6dl Skimmed milk

If the metric measurements are confusing you just use 1/4 cup for the protein, oats, flour and milk, and work from there. Should be close enough…

Mix everything together and split into 8 equal parts.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 200C/390F.
