GRAPE AND YOGURT DIP

Ingredients

Red grapes, seeded 3-4
Black grapes 3-4
Green grapes 4-6
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil 1 tablespoon
Pomegranate seeds 2 tablespoons
Green chillies, seeded, finely chopped 2
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ¼ teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves , chopped 1 tablespoon

Method

1. Baste the grapes with a bit of oil and let them cook on the griddle for a few minutes. Remove and keep aside.

2. Crush them in a blender with pomegranate seeds.

3. Add this to the yogurt and mix. Add green chillies, salt and black pepper powder and mix.

4. Add coriander leaves and mix well.

5. Serve the dip with chips of your choice.
